What this module covers
- we reply to email within 12 working hours
- we answer the support line and call clients back
- we provide remote support on client computers through our own software (DFM)
- we provide remote support through third-party software (RustDesk, AnyConnect and similar)
- support covers software on the agreed Application List, at administrative level: installation, updates, authentication setup (where applicable), print setup (where applicable)
Workstation support
We keep your staff's computers working — updates, configuration, hardware replacement and asset inventory. No surprises and no downtime.
What this module covers:
- applies to desktops and laptops used by the client and their staff
- we support Windows in versions supported by Microsoft, macOS in versions supported by Apple, and Debian Linux in its stable release
- installing and reinstalling the operating system (OS)
- OS updates
- securing the OS, including antivirus installation
- support for selected applications from the Application List
- hardware selection
- computer asset inventory kept in DFM
- application licence inventory, where this is possible
- diagnosing hardware problems
- diagnosing OS problems

Servers
We install, configure and monitor physical and virtual servers, and size your cloud footprint. We keep security updates current and document every device.
What this module covers:
- we support servers, either physical or virtual — on our own or on cloud virtualisation platforms — running one of the supported server operating systems
- applies to servers running Windows Server in versions supported by Microsoft, Debian Linux in its stable release, or Proxmox VE in its stable release
- we also treat a NAS as a server — we support Qnap and Synology
- for a NAS, the OS must be in a version still supported by the manufacturer
- physical server configuration, including disk settings and out-of-band (OOB) management
- installing and reinstalling the OS on physical and virtual servers
- regular OS updates
- emergency OS updates — where a critical security flaw is found and the vendor issues a critical patch
- selecting the physical or cloud platform for a server

Networking
We design, deploy and monitor LAN and Wi-Fi networks for business. We keep segmentation, VPN and remote access under control.

- for wired networks — Ethernet standard, Tp-Link switches preferred
- for Wi-Fi — Ubiquiti or Mikrotik products preferred
- router — a Mikrotik router is required (we handle the migration)
- for server room monitoring — a Vutlan device

Backup
We design and run backups on the 3-2-1 rule, and we verify restores regularly — because a backup you cannot restore does not exist.

- we support backup with Proxmox Backup Server, UrBackup in its commercial edition (with the CBS agent), Cube Backup (for Microsoft 365), and the native backup tools of each database engine
- configuring, running and supervising server backups
- configuring, running and supervising database backups — mssql, mysql, postgresql, firebird, sqlite
- optionally — off-site backup to the Dragonfly cloud
- restoring data from backup
Printing
We look after printers and multifunction devices — setup, consumables, servicing. We manage the whole fleet within your monthly plan.
What this module requires:
- if you need a print server, you also need the Servers module
- printing has to run over USB or over the network (a print server, for example)
What this module covers:
- physical printer installation, on site
- print setup on computers
- optionally: print setup through a print server
What this module does not cover:
- ancient hardware that:
- is more than 10 years old
- uses LPT ports
- relies on unusual printing protocols
Cloud
We select and deploy cloud services sized to your company — Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace. We migrate data and manage licences.
What this module requires:
- your cloud provider has to be one of: Microsoft (Azure, 365), Hetzner, AWS
- for website and email hosting, the provider has to be one of: nazwa.pl, home.pl, cyberfolks.pl
What this module covers:

Hardware
We select, order and deploy IT hardware for business. We keep an inventory and plan replacements before devices reach end of life.

- we support PC desktops and laptops running the supported operating systems
- and PC servers from Dell, HP and Fujitsu
What this module covers:
- advice on replacing disks
- advice on replacing memory
- advice on replacing power supplies
- advice on replacing graphics cards and other cards
- handling warranty claims
- handling out-of-warranty repairs
- handling the service process in all other cases
On-site visits
We travel to clients within 150 km of Wrocław. Scheduled visits, on-site installations and support for locations with no IT of their own.
What this module covers:
- if we need to be on site — whatever the reason — we come
- the service includes travel within Wrocław
- travel outside Wrocław is possible, at an agreed flat rate or, where nothing has been agreed, under standard business travel rules
VoIP
We deploy and run IP telephony for business. We configure exchanges, DDI numbers and integrations with Teams or other platforms.

IT security
We assess risk, deploy monitoring (SIEM, EDR) and help you meet GDPR and NIS2 requirements. We handle incidents before they turn into a crisis.

- risk assessment to good practice, for example against NIS or GDPR
- reviewing your IT environment to reduce how much of it is exposed to the internet
- applying good practice matched to the level of risk identified in your organisation
- deploying monitoring tools such as Wazuh and Suricata
Mobile devices
We configure and manage mobile devices through MDM. We keep company data safe on your staff's phones.
What this module requires:
- we support Android phones and iPhones, in versions still supported by the manufacturer
What this module covers:
- initial phone setup
- inventory of the phones you own
- optionally: managing phones through an MDM platform
Cloud exit
We help companies that want to cut their dependence on the cloud or bring costs down. We work out what is worth keeping in house and what belongs in the cloud.
What this module covers:
- private cloud setup (Hetzner)
- support for moving off AWS (savings of at least half)
