How working with us starts

Our model is simple: first we get to know your environment and what your company needs, and only then do we propose changes.

IT support for business — why choose Dragonfly?

Professional IT support has a direct effect on how efficiently your people work and how secure your company is. Well-managed systems, a fast response to tickets and technology chosen for the job let you avoid expensive mistakes, keep the risk of downtime down, and hold service quality where it should be.

IT outsourcing

IT outsourcing means managing the whole technology side of your company deliberately and in order. Under a continuous arrangement we are responsible for keeping your systems, servers and hardware running — stable operation, continuity of work and data security. Alongside that comes server administration, day-to-day management of your IT infrastructure, and strategic advice on where to take it next.

pricing

Managed IT plans and pricing

A monthly plan means a fixed cost instead of invoices for hours worked. You know what you pay up front, and you know what to expect. No surprises at the end of the month.

Plans start at PLN 500 a month. The final price depends on the number of workstations, servers and the scope of services — every quote is individual and free of charge.

If you think hourly billing suits your company better, it is worth reading first whether that is really the case.

  • Workstations, servers and networks looked after
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud services

About us

Meet the people and the team you can rely on

Grzegorz Marszałek

Grzegorz Marszałek

Co-owner. Specialisms: programming, Windows servers and Microsoft technologies

Grzegorz Marszałek

Grzegorz Marszałek

Co-owner of the company. Thirty years an admin; the grey beard was supposed to come with it, but it never showed up. At work he will not only fix your Windows server, he will write the software your company runs on. Rumour has it he can sell it and advertise it too. Off the clock he loves moving iron around a place called the gym, and unwinding in a sauna, in the mountains, or with a good cigar. He will not turn down a good book either – and if it happens to be decent SF or fantasy, all the better. Come summer he boards a sailing yacht and heads out to sea, well beyond mobile range.

Patryk Dawidziuk

Patryk Dawidziuk

Partner. Specialisms: Linux, L3 networking, virtualisation

Patryk Dawidziuk

Patryk Dawidziuk

Co-owner of the company. An IT specialist since the early internet, who wrote his first scripts in BASIC on a Commodore 64 and today combines years of administration with a taste for current technology. He has been keeping systems and networks running since the nineties, and those modest beginnings on machines with 64 kilobytes of memory taught him to squeeze everything out of the resources he has and to solve problems creatively. After hours he swaps the keyboard for a motorcycle and long winding routes, where planning the road ahead and reading the risks feels a lot like working with sprawling IT infrastructure. He heads for the mountains regularly too, treating each summit as a natural extension of work on complex systems: step by step, until it is done.

Jan Kuzik

Jan Kuzik

Administrative director. Specialism: hardware, network and server room design

Jan Kuzik

Jan Kuzik

A mechanical engineer and designer who has built things both small and very large, and who is no stranger to management and finance either. He has held senior roles across a number of companies. He has been on first-name terms with IT since the days of the 365 and the ZX Spectrum, and now works on network and server room design, IT hardware, and looking after clients. His interests run to engineering of all kinds, and in his spare time he likes travelling, meeting people and cultures, and being close to nature.

Radosław Dzięcioł

Radosław Dzięcioł

Team lead. Specialism: Windows, Linux

Radosław Dzięcioł

Radosław Dzięcioł

Starfleet captain. A fan of the computers and games of the Pegasus and Windows 98 era. Ten years an admin and still growing. On the bridge he assigns the work and advises his crew, but he is never the one to shy away from the heavy lifting. Windows, Linux, a printer or a diagnostic head – no cosmic beast frightens him. Off duty he enjoys crossing the endless expanse of the swimming pool, or crowd surfing at concerts of the heavier persuasion. Nor will he say no to unwinding with good sea shanties on vinyl.

Mateusz Kuriata

Mateusz Kuriata

IT specialist. Specialism: Microsoft 365, security

Mateusz Kuriata

Mateusz Kuriata

An IT specialist with the soul of an accountant, forever keeping order and precision. Excel and spreadsheets are his second workplace, where he sticks to every procedure with a rigour worthy of an auditor – the smallest deviation is spotted at once and flagged for im-me-di-ate correction. Nine working fingers are enough for him to do what other people need a full set for. Professionally he handles advanced Windows and server topics, Microsoft 365, security solutions, and automating whatever can be automated. Privately he is drawn to sturdy constructions: thousand-litre IBC tanks, rebar and other building components. He relaxes in the world of games, as a fan of classic RPGs, hack’n’slash and shooters. He will not turn down good SF or fantasy either. He collects vinyl. The meticulousness of an IT specialist combined with the analytical mind of an accountant makes for a profile you do not meet twice: technology held together by order and planning.

Marcin Bąkowski

Marcin Bąkowski

IT specialist. Specialism: servers, email, hardware

Marcin Bąkowski

Marcin Bąkowski

An IT specialist with the soul of a tinkerer – mail server or broken Windows box, he will throw himself at it. He swaps fans and thermal paste one-handed. Privately a keen hiker, recharging in the mountains for the next technical challenge, and a luthier who imports and restores instruments, bringing back their old shine and sound. His musical taste includes the extreme outfit Gutalax, which he uses to test his colleagues’ endurance. He recently discovered his superpowers mounting Wi-Fi antennas in an open field in the November frost.

Maciej Lotka

Maciej Lotka

IT specialist. Specialism: IT infrastructure

Maciej Lotka

Maciej Lotka

A young IT specialist whose adventure with computers started with games, and who now treats them as a proper working tool and a way into current technology. Simple curiosity turned into deliberate learning over time, from first modifications and repairs to steadily more advanced projects. Today he moves through IT comfortably, combining a practical approach, natural curiosity and a fondness for finding the clever way round. Away from the command centre in the office he puts that energy somewhere else entirely – cars and the home workshop, and simracing, where engineering meets adrenaline. Alongside that: games, gadgets and the latest technology, which lands on his desk for testing on a regular basis.

Jakub Masłowski

Jakub Masłowski

IT specialist. Specialism: networking, cybersecurity

Jakub Masłowski

Jakub Masłowski

He finished IT college and is finalising his degree, currently writing up his engineering thesis. Professionally his main interests are computer networks and cybersecurity. Outside work his biggest passion is football – he trains regularly and plays in league fixtures and tournaments, sometimes at national and international level. He fills the gaps with music, and after training he winds down with computer games, which can take up a long evening.

Piotr Więcaszek

Piotr Więcaszek

IT specialist. Specialism: IT technologies

Piotr Więcaszek

Piotr Więcaszek

He finished IT college and is continuing his studies, building on his interest in the industry. He pays particular attention to information technology and to sharpening his technical skills. In his spare time he happily watches films and series and spends time with computer games. He also likes getting in the car and going for a drive, which lets him step away from everyday matters and the tasks at hand for a while.
